Top 5 Restaurants in Bocas Town

Posted by |

Bocas is filled with many different restaurant options from vegetarian to tacos and of course all the delicious seafood. There is something here to fit everyone’s liking, no matter your dietary preferences. Because Bocas is an island most of our restaurants are located on the water, which make for a fun afternoon out with your classmates in a relaxing environment. So let’s take a look at some of our student’s favorite restaurants that are located right here in Bocas Town and just a few minutes away from our school.

La Buguita (Breakfast/Lunch)

Fun colorful restaurant/lounge where you can come, relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Bocas. La Buguita has a wide selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, but our students love going there for breakfast or lunch. The environment is extremely colorful and will put you in a good mood from the second you walk in. The delicious coffee and drinks will keep you there for longer.

Toms (Lunch)

This is one of our student’s absolute favorite restaurant. Not only is the food quality very good but they have a lunch special where you can get an entire meal (chicken, fish, etc.) with rice and beans and a drink for $5. Just a few walking minutes from our school this restaurant is also on the water so the views are perfect to head there for lunch and relax after a long day of classes.

Hungry Monkey (Lunch)

A fun restaurant environment which is also a surf school. Great place to come, relax, then book some surf lessons. The people at Hungry Monkey will make you feel welcomed from the second you walk in. The stuff is extremely friendly with their extensive knowledge and island vibe makes you want to stay there all day. Our students rave about their tacos all the time.

RAW Fusion (Dinner)

For those that enjoy the Japanese cuisines, RAW Fusion is the place to be. They don’t have an extensive sushi menu to choose from but everything they do have is beyond delicious. From their appetizers to their mixed drinks this is the perfect place to head and relax after a long day of Spanish classes.

OM Café (Dinner)

For the slightly adventurous eaters, this Indian Restaurant will make you want to eat there every day. Filled with many different food options, oriental flavors along with a beautiful Indian décor this restaurant will transport you to another continent. OM Café is the perfect place to relax and dine after a long week of Spanish. Go with classmates and get the sangria.

As you can see there are many different food options just walking distance from our school. Which would you like to eat at?
