Short message to Panama’s New President Ricardo Martinelli

Posted by |

Dear Mr. President and the rest of members of Panama's new government,

A huge responsibility has been deposited in the hands of all of you.

We ask you to work every single day with all of your strenght and energy to make this country a better place for each and every Panamanian. Don't let corruption get you and always remember that you are not alone: all throughout the country you will always find plenty of Panamanians that work very hard for a better tommorrow (even today, when it's supposed to be a free day, lots of us are working!).

Don't forget the promises made during your campaign (because we won't forget them) and don't look for excuses for mediocricy. Together we can make change a reality and don't forget that those who fight for a better tommorrow in each community are the ones that know what are the real needs of each place (so listen to us) to make Panama the best country in the world.

May God be with you all, guide you, give you wisdom and strenghs, in each and every of the 365 days of the following 5 years.

Lleno de esperanzas se despide,
Full of hope,

Julio J. Santamaría B.
