Bocas Island Condos is a modern gated complex with a clean, fresh and contemporary tropical design. It's located right in the heart of Bocas Town only a block and a half away from the main street and a 10 minute walk to our Spanish school. Surrounded by Bocas locals, you'll feel immersed by the culture and yet thanks to its solid construction and superb sound insulation you'll be able to enjoy the convenience of being close to everything in a quiet, peaceful and air conditioned environment.

You couldn't ask for a more convenient location as Bocas Town serves as the stepping stone to all of the eco-adventures that the Archipelago has to offer such as scuba diving, surfing, island and beach hopping, fishing, sailing and ziplining in the rain forest. And Bocas Island Condos is only a couple of minutes walk away from Bocas del Toro's best restaurants and dance clubs.

Bocas Island Condos has 3 levels of units and offers guests two different types of accommodation:

• 1 Bedroom Apartments

The Studio Suites have a functional open plan layout. As you enter each suite you'll encounter a living/entertainment area with a set of comfy chairs and a TV. A queen sized bed faces this area, and the other half of this space is occupied by a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The bathroom is accessed through the corner of the room which also has a small closet.

The 1 Bedroom Apartments also have a large open plan space shared by the living room and kitchen in addition to a small office space, perfect for going over what you've just learned in your Spanish lessons. From the office space you have access to the bathroom and the bedroom which has a queen sized bed. The 1 bedroom units can accommodate up to 4 guests as they also have have a fold out sofa bed in the living area.

Each level shares a balcony and a patio area is common for all on the first floor. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the entire property as well.

The Bocas Island Condos have everything you need. Every room is fully furnished, the bathrooms have fully functional hot showers and each queen bed has orthopedic mattresses for a good nights' sleep. The kitchen comes with plates, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, and you'll also find a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. The living area has satellite TV and DVD. Every unit has its own safe for valuables and quiet air conditioning.

Each room comes with a prepaid cell phone provided for your use (you have to purchase calling cards). All rooms are strictly non-smoking. By staying at Bocas Condos you can focus on enjoying Bocas as all rentals longer than 7 days include weekly cleaning and maid service.

Santuarios del Mar is a compound of 4 recently built and fully equipped apartments located right over the Caribbean waters of the Saigon Bay area on Colon Island (the main island), right in front of Istmito Beach (the town beach) and about a 15 minute walk from our Spanish school (4 minutes by bike available for rent or 2 minute taxi ride).

With its unique location on the isthmus of Colon Island, the property features access both to the beach on one side and to the sea on the other side, with beautiful views of the Caribbean all day. Being located just out of town (from where visitors depart to all of the eco-adventures that the Archipelago) it still remains very close to the main streets of Bocas where the majority of the businesses of the archipelago are operating.

The compound also features its own private pier extending over the water, with ample space for guests with long chairs to lay in the sun, watch the sunsets and chill out. You'll also have access to Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards available for guests to go and explore the mangroves and transparent waters.

Santuarios del Mar is composed of 4 units, all built over the water with hardwood floors and fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living area with table and chairs, hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, reliable Wifi Internet (all the way to the roofed pier), secured safe, washing machine and dryer:

• Estrella de Mar: studio located on the ground level with its own little terrace over the water, 3 guests maximum. Floor plan coming soon.
