We won't share your information with third parties: NEVER, unless you specifically request a specific service that we do not provide ourselves and you specifically ask us to put you in contact with that other business.
We collect ANONYMOUS user information so we can improve our service.
Any PERSONAL user information you send to us by PERSONALLY typing it into a form (we do not collect PERSONAL INFORMATION without you explicitly typing it into a form) and then submitting it to us, will only be used to CONTACT YOU and provide YOU with what you want:
- mostly the most amazing Spanish learning experience
- in other cases, the most amazing Eco-Advenutre Experience in Panama
- and yet in other cases accommodation in Panama
- and sometimes even an answer to a simple question totally unrelated with what we do... yeah, sometimes people ask us very bizarre things and we do the best we can to help.
If at any moment you are not interested in being contacted by us anymore, just let us know by replying to any of the emails we've sent you or by telling us over the phone.
To ensure the protection of your privacy, both sections of our website (Contact Us and Sign Up & Register) from where you can send us information about yourself are encrypted using 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer Encryption Technology. You can confirm this certificate by clicking on padlock on those pages that looks like the one just below (and by seeing the https prefix in the above sections).

The above is also the case when we request your credit card information details (which are erased from our system every three months).
All of your personal data is protected by the same technology used by Google to protect the personal data of their clients (all of our own information is stored on Google Apps' servers).

The Rest
We're a small and young business with huge aspirations, headquartered in Boquete, Panama. We're really quite nice, polite people. The rest of this privacy policy is what our lawyers have politely told us to put on the site.
What we know and what we do with it
We'll collect personal information that we KNOW will improve our ability to provide you with what you want. We do NOT use such information to customize what appears on our website for you.
Here are some of the categories of information we may collect:
- Anonymous Statistics: to allow us to understand how visitors use our site and improve the user experience. Google is the guardian of this date and Google ensures it remains anonymous. As with most web sites, your computer sends information that gets logged by a web server when you browse our site. This typically includes your computer's IP address, operating system, browser name/version, the referring web page, requested page, date/time, and a "cookie" (which can be disabled using your browser preferences) to help the site remember your last visit. We get your IP Address, we use it to identify your geographical location, verify that your request is legitimate and then we THROW IT AWAY. We do this with Google Analytics (in case you want to check Google's Privacy Policy clike here) and our submission forms.
- Personal Information: whenever you fill in a form, you fill it out with your name, age, sex email, address, travel details, etc. All of these details are necessary for us to know to provide you with our services. We will assume you are interested in receiving e-mails from us unless you state otherwise. This information will not be shared with third parties except to the extent required to provide you with the services you have requested (e.g. to arrange a certain tour or accommodation at a hotel that we do not own).
Security
We take reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure from unauthorized access, such as encrypted transmission between your computer and our servers and internal corporate policies to limit access to systems that store your personal information. We continue to store your personal information only for so long as it is necessary to provide you our service and periodically destroy old personal information in accordance with our company policies. In most cases, we will keep one archival copy of your information to allow us to comply with laws or respond to legal processes. Anonymous Statistics are protected by Google. They are all about transparency and choice and their business relies on their reputation.

Credit Cards
For certain services we might need your Credit Card information to make a reservation. Once you have sent us your details and we have made the reservation, your credit card details will be deleted from our computers immediately and from our servers within 90 days.
Changes to this policy
